Beckingham Primary School - original building

New building built 1981
Beckingham Primary School has exactly 88 pupils including part timers. The school was built in 1901, further land obtained and the new building was completed in 1981. The staff room, new classroom and corridor have been recent additions. The hall is located in the old building and is used for PE sessions, assemblies and where the dinner is served. Class 1 has been in the new building for a year now. Foundation are still in their original classroom with their lovely outdoor play area. As well as these two amazing buildings we also have a field that is approximately 80m wides and 100m long.

We also have two playgrounds, one at the old building and a smaller one at the new building. On the field is a newly fitted ‘trim trail’. This was bought by the schools’ HSA (Home School Association).
If you are a parent wanting to move to Beckingham, we understand that choosing a school is an important factor and you will not be disappointed with our school. The head teacher is Mrs Elizabeth Moore and she is happy to answer any questions you may have. Look at the rest of the pages for more information.
